Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Walnut Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our resort.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our resort to ensure that our housekeeping standards are met and that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records of our housekeeping department to ensure that we are operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
