Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Walnut Beach Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies
  • Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
  • Supervise staff and ensure safety standards and departmental policies are met
  • Maintain financial records and co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff and ensure local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
  • Hire and dismiss staff
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Ability to work on site and meet deadlines
