Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Walnut Beach Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and ensure that orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and expenditures, and ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
