Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Walnut Beach Resort.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating inventory and supplies, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory and Supplies Management: Coordinate the ordering and inventory of housekeeping supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in stock.
  • Quality and Service Standards: Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including inventory and supplies management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, including local health and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
