Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of stock clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, customer complaints, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
