Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team at Asian G Mart. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
