Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

As a Stock Clerks Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that inventory is accurately managed.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
