About the Role

In this exciting position as an Enhanced Support Services Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge IT support to senior executive clients. As part of our esteemed team at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing advanced onsite and remote technical assistance, ensuring seamless end-to-end support for critical desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and associated peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Resolve complex technical issues over the phone or on-site, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques to address intricate problems.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive clients, interpreting their needs and offering optimal solutions to meet their requirements.
  • System Installation and Configuration: Install and configure various computer hardware and software, communications devices, and peripheral equipment according to documented procedures.
  • Service Request Management: Create, receive, review, complete, and escalate service requests to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • On-Call Component: Participate in the on-call rotation, providing after-hours support and responding to urgent technical issues 7 days a week.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop/software support and hardware (break/fix) repair.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing support to executive-level personnel.
  • Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Domains, Active Directory, and mobile device configuration and deployment.
  • Experience with printer support, Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
