We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Store Manager to lead our service department at Midas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing all service department activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and consulting with customers, following up on services requested, and providing estimated completion times.
- Service Operations: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and build computerized repair orders.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, ensuring they are equipped to provide top-notch service and meet company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Business Development: Promote shop service specials, deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, and drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of store or service manager experience.
- Automotive Knowledge: Excellent automotive hands-on knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service disposition and good communication skills.
- Leadership: Leadership ability, team-building skills, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
