Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and professional.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including managing technicians, inventory, and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Manage and train a team of technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and equipment expenses.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the service department.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
