Job Title: Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at EXPRESS LUBE & TIRE. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and managing cash.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Manage cash
  • Conduct performance reviews
Work Environment:

As a Front End Supervisor at EXPRESS LUBE & TIRE, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent written communication skills

Work Conditions:

This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
