Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Authorize Returns: Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for front-end staff.
  • Sell Merchandise: Drive sales growth by promoting products and services.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stockroom operations.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate front-end staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front-end retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
