Auto Service Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auto Service Advisor to join our team at T MacRae Family Sales Ltd. As an Auto Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our auto service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Work closely with mechanics to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
  • Utilize computer systems to price parts and labor, write repair orders, and create estimates for customers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset.
