Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate progressive presses, including manual and progressive dies
  • Ensure proper tooling protection and press controls
  • Communicate with area leader and maintenance team regarding any issues or problems
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production
  • Maintain operation of multiple presses simultaneously

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or post-secondary education in a technical field
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Valid Forklift license
  • Valid Crane license
  • Automotive manufacturing experience
