Job Overview
Magna Exteriors is seeking a skilled Press Set-Up Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating presses for both manual and progressive dies.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate presses for manual and progressive dies
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Perform quality checks and maintain inspection records
- Collaborate with maintenance and toolroom teams to resolve tooling issues
- Operate cranes and other equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift and crane licenses
- Knowledge of First and Last Off Procedure
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities
Desirable Qualifications
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of WHMIS/GHS
