Job Summary

Best Asia Tire Corp is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing sales teams, and driving business growth.



Key Responsibilities


  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their tasks.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase sales and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
