Job Title: DevOps Team Lead

Copperleaf is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our team. As a DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our DevOps practices, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a consistent installation and deployment process to ensure a stable and reliable state for production systems
  • Understand development and operations needs, produce solutions that support new features and enable increased development and deployment velocity through process and automation
  • Improve the reliability of our infrastructure through design, monitoring, and optimization
  • Help engineers troubleshoot issues and collaborate on solutions
  • Education and sharing of DevOps best practices throughout the wider organization
  • Ownership of the build and deployment infrastructure, maintain stability and uptime
  • Administration of Azure DevOps and security tooling as part of CI/CD and SSDLC
  • Coach, mentor, and develop teammates to help them excel and reach their full potential
  • Champion the adoption of an Agile and DevSecOps mindset
Requirements:
  • Proven experience driving organizational changes related to DevOps
  • Familiarity with all aspects of the software release cycle
