Key Responsibilities- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Assist the finance and HR teams with various projects and tasks
- Help with the bookkeeping cycle at the end of every month
- Be responsible for accounts payable and purchasing
- Partner with the sales team to manage procurement and invoicing
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including travel and event logistics, document filing, and data entry
- Capacity and ambition to learn quickly and take on new challenges
- Ability to multitask and change focus rapidly
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accounting or bookkeeping training
- Experience using accounting software
- Experience in office management
- Competitive salary range: CA$50,000 to CA$70,000
