Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Safai Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' properties.
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Dust furniture and fixtures to prevent dust buildup and maintain a clean environment.
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and dust-free environment.
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries to clients as needed.
- Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of clean linens.
- Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and dust-free environment.
- Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Will train and provide on-the-job training.
- Permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
- Language of work: English.
