Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Safai Maintenance. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
- Stocking and Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and ensure that all cleaning supplies are readily available.
- Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
- Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willing to train and learn the skills necessary for the role.
- Work Setting: Cleaning service company with various locations.
- Transportation: Travel expenses paid by employer, public transportation available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
- Relocation Costs: Covered by employer.
- Work Term: Permanent.
