About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Safai Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to prevent dust buildup
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment
  • Stock linen closets to maintain a well-stocked and organized facility
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Provide basic information on facilities to clients and visitors
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Bondable and willing to undergo a criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure a clean and tidy environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
