About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tic Exploration Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, while controlling food costs and ensuring profitability.

Team Leadership

Supervise and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Cleanliness and Safety

Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours
