Job Title: Office Manager

KATHY'S CUSTOM STITCHERY LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
