Ontario Camps Association Seeks Dedicated Camp Director
The Ontario Camps Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing transformative summer camp experiences and fostering a supportive community for all participants. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Camp Director to lead our programs and contribute to our mission.
Job Summary- Champion the Ontario Camps Association's mission statement and core values.
- Develop and oversee engaging camp programs that cater to diverse camper needs.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract campers and stakeholders.
- Manage operational aspects within budgetary guidelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Collaborate with fundraising initiatives to secure resources and support program growth.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience in a camp setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with campers, staff, and parents.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification to ensure camper safety.
- Flexible work schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings during peak season.
- Combination of remote and on-site work arrangements.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform light physical tasks as needed.
