As the Head of Information Technology, you will optimize IT operations, spearhead the development of innovative IT solutions, and ensure seamless integration of technology to elevate our customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the IT Team: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  2. Develop IT Systems: Develop and implement IT systems policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of company systems and data.
  3. Manage the IT Budget: Develop and manage the IT budget to optimize resource allocation and ensure seamless integration of technology.
  4. Foster Business Relationships: Foster good business relationships with all stakeholders and users to drive collaboration and innovation.
  5. Define IT Strategies: Define short, medium, and long-term IT strategies and objectives to align with the company's objectives.
  6. Oversee Projects: Oversee innovative technology adoption and infrastructure projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  7. Optimize Integration: Optimize integration and utilization of Independent Software Vendor (ISV) solutions to increase overall efficiency and provide best-in-class customer experience.
  8. Develop Proprietary Software: Lead the development of proprietary software for the company's electronic products, including the integration of IOT.
  9. Translate Ideas: Translate ideas into market-ready products that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  10. Optimize Information Systems: Optimize the company's information system, including hardware, software infrastructures, and business tools.
  11. Provide Problem Resolution: Provide problem resolution and ongoing support related to the company's IT systems.
  12. Manage Resources: Manage internal and external resources, licenses, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of technology.
  13. Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate and manage agreements with IT partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  14. Anticipate Company Needs: Anticipate company needs, identify risks, develop, and implement contingency plans, and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
  15. Define Project Requirements: Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and project elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets.
  16. Monitor Project Progress: Monitor project progress, resolve issues, publish progress reports, and recommend actions.
  17. Maintain Professional Knowledge: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, benchmarking practices, and participating in professional societies.
  18. Implement Performance Indicators: Implement and manage performance indicators to drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in Gap Analysis, Requirements Analysis, including scope modeling, business process modeling, data requirements, business rules analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance testing, and evaluation criteria definition.
  2. Manufacturing Business Processes: Excellent knowledge of manufacturing business processes and IT related tools and software.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French, including the ability to explain technology solutions, build relationships, and persuade others.
  4. Service-Oriented: Service-oriented self-starter capable of working independently and prioritizing workload.
  5. Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  6. ERP and CRM System Implementation: Knowledge of ERP and CRM system implementation.
  7. Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  8. Technology Watch: Natural inclination to stay updated with evolving technologies.
Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  2. MBA in IT Management: A master's degree (MBA in IT management) is nice to have.
  3. IT Leadership Experience: Proven track record of 10+ years in progressively responsible IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in senior management or executive positions.
  4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to drive projects and incidents to resolution with internal and external resources.
  5. Digital Transformation Experience: Experience in leading digital transformation, IT modernization, and adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing).
  6. IT Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, network security, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
  7. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
