Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Royal City Fire Supplies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesOrganize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Lead and Develop a TeamSupervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently. Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed.
Ensure Compliance and QualityOversee operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all activities are compliant with relevant regulations and standards. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including the coordination of activities with other work units or departments.
Monitor and Report PerformancePrepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or logistics. 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a proven track record of success.
Certifications and LicensesForklift Operator Certification, and any other relevant certifications or licenses.
Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
