We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other channels.
- Resolving complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and records.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and metrics.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software and systems.
