Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team at RC FAMILY ONARIO INC. as a Strategic IT Leader.

About the Role

This key position involves leading the design, development, and deployment of new IT systems and services, as well as overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in project implementation and information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Coordinate IT projects, including designing and deploying new IT systems and services, to meet business objectives.
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Evaluate daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Recruit and train staff, developing a high-performing team that can adapt to changing business needs.
  • Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Requirements
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills, with experience working with big data and data processing systems.
  • Project implementation expertise, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Information systems knowledge, with experience in establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
