At Max/Pro Tax Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability. The working hours will be 35 to 40 hours per week, and the language of work will be English.
