Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pizza Cook Specialist to join our team at KCMA Foods Ltd. O/A Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
