As a caregiver and patient advocate, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of services.
With over 13,500 staff members across Canada, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and teamwork. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and location, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A diploma from a recognized school and valid license with the OIIAQ
- 6 months of full-time experience as an LPN/RPN
- CPR training (asset)
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Fluency in English (asset)
- A reliable means of transport or a valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
- No criminal record and ability to obtain a vulnerable sector check
