Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Anoush Middle Eastern Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
