Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Support Specialist to join our team at Dentons. As a key member of our Corporate Group, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and clients, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review correspondence, accounts, and transactional documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage lawyer dockets, coordinate with the Accounting Department, and prepare detailed billings.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and maintain open communication with lawyers.
  • Maintain files, precedent systems, and knowledge management protocols.
  • Process mail, manage email accounts, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and update cheque requisitions, expense reports, and client/matter lists.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field, with a preference for Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk Diploma.
  • 5+ years of experience in a legal environment, with a strong understanding of corporate law and procedures.
  • Excellent technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of accounting/docketing systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of working with confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
