We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Vivian Yau Desjardins Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and helping them achieve their insurance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish personalized relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with our agent team to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
