We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Vivian Yau Desjardins Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our insurance products, and helping them achieve their insurance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
