A Day in the Life

As a Security Professional, your responsibilities will include:

•Providing access control and monitoring patient safety

•Responding to incidents and emergencies

•Conducting patrols and monitoring for risks

•Investigating and reporting irregularities

•Maintaining confidentiality and upholding Paladin Security's values

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

•Strong written and oral communication skills

•Excellent interpersonal skills and de-escalation techniques

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

•Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one

•Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking and lifting
