Product Visionary Leader

Job Description:
The Senior Product Owner is a strategic professional responsible for advocating the users' needs, addressing pain points while balancing business requirements and monitoring market trends. This experienced leader has a track record of successfully leading multiple Agile teams to deliver high-value products on-time, measurable, and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision through company-wide stakeholder engagement.
- Alignment and Leadership: Create alignment with the product vision across various contributing teams and lead an Agile 'scrum of scrums' team.
- Prioritization and Roadmapping: Determine the best delivery approach for quicker speed to market, prioritize competing priorities, and adjust for risk.
- Collaboration and Co-Creation: Work closely with product managers, design, technology, and operations to co-create solutions that continuously improve the product and generate business value.
- Product Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ideation and Innovation: Lead ideation sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering engagements to inspire multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Change Advocacy: Coach other Product Owners, introduce useful tools and practices, and work closely with change management on Agile releases.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in industry experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Agile/Digital Transformation.
- Agile Principles: Understanding of Agile product ownership principles with Scrum is expected.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Experience is a plus.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is an asset.
- Skills: Thrives in an Agile, lean, and fast-paced environment, analytical thinking, excellent communication, effective decision making, negotiation, and influencing.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
