Production Supervisor Lead

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, along with benefits and a bonus.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled leader who can manage production personnel, quality, and safety requirements on the shift. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment and a degree in Engineering or Operations Management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership to leads and employees on the shift, establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities of the plant.
- Train and evaluate employees in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare reports on the status of established KPIs and champion production-related continuous improvement projects.
- Resolve production errors and disputes, and prepare production and other reports where required.
- Attend and contribute to production meetings, undertaking projects assigned by the Production Manager to improve plant processes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, coaching, technical skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing inbound and outbound logistics, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- A strong background in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
