Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage multiple priorities, lead a team, and drive results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Leading a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery
  • Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers
  • A strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
