Job Title: Finance Director

GEOSWIFT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and management across the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
