Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Budget Blinds. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Language: English.
