We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 2339366 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
