Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations and Health and Safety to oversee our team in Ontario, Canada. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Main Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the work of operations and health and safety personnel
- Coordinate activities and schedules to meet project deadlines
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, industrial relations)
- Proven experience in operations management and health and safety
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
