Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lakeside Inn and Conference Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of building systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact licensed tradespeople for major repairs and oversee the work to guarantee high-quality results.
  • Manage minor repairs on appliances and perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Evaluate and maintain workspaces to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role requiring repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and working in various weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or trade.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
