AI Program Management Intern

The AI Program Management Intern will be instrumental in steering and enhancing our artificial intelligence projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to facilitate the effective implementation and acceptance of AI-driven solutions.
- Oversee AI initiatives while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams, comprising technical experts, specialists, users, vendors, and management, to foster AI capabilities.
- Monitor program advancement and performance indicators, proactively addressing potential challenges and ensuring optimal resource distribution.
- Guarantee that projects uphold the highest quality benchmarks and contribute to overarching program objectives.
- Guide the AI lifecycle from conception through to deployment.
- Integrate risk management frameworks into the AI lifecycle to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Identify and procure essential data sets, articulate and execute the AI/ML strategy, and align projects with business objectives.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide project updates to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and AI regulatory standards.
- Manage external vendors and partners involved in program execution.
- Offer guidance and support to team members to aid in their delivery and career progression.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical domain, with a concentration on AI or emerging technologies.
At least 6 years of professional management experience in data and AI, focusing on responsible AI, data & AI risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient understanding of Program Management methodologies, including Agile practices.
Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams and achieving AI/ML program goals.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Capability to develop and manage program plans, budgets, and timelines.
Experience in risk management and the continuous enhancement of development processes.
