Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team at Verico Mortgage Brokers of Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing correspondence and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Correspondence and Documents: Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, mailings, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
