Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Piros Family Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
