**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our bakery products.

**Responsibilities**

  • Take note of orders to be completed and organize work to meet production deadlines.
  • Ensure that all requested production is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Plan and organize the supply of raw materials required for your workstation.
  • Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company health and safety standards.
  • Assist in the training of new employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing techniques.
  • Perform various tasks related to baking, including kneading, dividing, shaping, and baking dough.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and products.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum DEP in bakery or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Mastery of artisanal production techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
