Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our bakery team as a Bakery Production Associate. As a key member of our bread department, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry dough bags on the carriage and on the mixer to mix the dough
  • Feel dough for desired consistency
  • Weigh and measure ingredients to be fed into the mixer
  • Record the number of batches mixed

Benefits:

  • Three salary increases in the first year
  • Starting salary of $15-16/hour
  • Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-4:00am, 40-50 hours a week
  • Weekly pay
  • Subsidized meals
  • Permanent full-time position

Requirements:

  • Professional, reliable, and customer service-oriented
  • No heavy lifting required
  • Basic English or French
