Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, generating sales, managing overdue accounts, and maximizing portfolio growth through direct engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue, capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products, and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Financial Management: Manage overdue accounts, review and evaluate loan applications, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and continuously improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a sales environment.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to develop and execute business strategies, drive sales growth, and manage financial performance.
  • Integrity and Ethics: High level of integrity, with a strong commitment to ethical business practices and customer confidentiality.
